Payment VISA, Discover, Mastercard. You may submit payment through our checkout on our secure website or fax us with your cc number, expiration date and 3 digit code to 1-866-881-9096. We charge you credit card when your order is ready to be shipped.

Order Fulfillment
You will receive your merchandise within 10 business days. If your order is delayed, we will notify you of the situation via email. Standard delivery orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service and U.S. Postal. Please order your holiday merchandise in advance to prevent the holiday rush.

Shipping
Once payment has cleared we ship via UPS to the mainland United States whenever possible. We ship via USPS Priority mail to Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands, and Canada. (we do not ship to PO boxes).

For delivery outside the US, the following charges will be added to the US rates: Canada - an additonal $10.00 per order; Mexico - an additonal $10 per order; Outside North Amercia - an additional $10.00 per order. Surcharges for foreign orders will be added after your order is processed and checkout is complete.

Catalog
Seasonal line sheet are provided with orders, we do not have a print catalog. Our website is update regularly and we will notify you through email you submit your email address to us.

Returns
We do no accept returns or exchanges. Processing errors made by Loose Petals will gladly be refunded or exchanged, please notify us 10 business days of delivery if there is a mistake in your order.

Returns
We do no accept returns or exchanges. Custom printing errors on behalf of the buyer will be reprinted at 75% of your original cost of the cards, plus shipping. Errors include wrong color, inks, fonts, layout, typographic. We'll re-print your order free of charge and ship for free if we make a mistake and ship after the proof has been approved by buyer within 5 business days of notification.
